Every new board starts from a working one

Under the hood, Slotwise is a slotting-board engine: rows of whatever you schedule, a timeline, and events you drag, with rules, reviews and economics on top. Trade promotion is the first board built on it and is live today, so a new industry starts with everything below and adds its own layer.

  • The board lets you drag events and zoom by day, week or month.
  • Approvals and period locks protect finished work, and status changes and overrides are recorded in the audit trail.
  • Suggestion review stages changes with their before and after, for someone to accept.
  • AI over MCP lets Claude propose changes, and a person accepts each one.
  • Views include filters, visual configuration and a table view of the same data.
  • Access and data cover single sign-on, roles from viewer to admin, and import and export.

We work with a small group of teams in each industry. Over a few working sessions we shape a board around your rules and your data, and your team gets to use it first.

    We walk through your rules, your data and how your team works now, with the people who’ll build the board.

  3. Co-design

    Over a few sessions we build a working board together and load it with your data.

    Your team uses the board first and has a direct say in what gets built next.

What does registering commit us to?

Nothing at all. Registering sends us an email, and if there’s a fit we’ll suggest a discovery session. You can stop at any point.

Is our data safe?

Registering sends an email from your own email app, and this site stores nothing you type. If you join the program, you choose which sample data to share with us.

Is anything built yet?

Yes. The engine is live in trade promotion today, with the board, clash checks, approvals and period locks, the audit trail, suggestion review and AI over MCP. Each new industry’s layer is designed with partners, and the rostering and service board pages show concepts with fictional data.

We schedule something that isn’t listed. Can we still register?

Yes. Choose “Another industry” in the form. If you schedule people, equipment or space against a calendar, that’s the kind of problem the engine was built for.
